We are a female founded creative marketing agency and content production studio built around a passionate team with extensive backgrounds in brand storytelling, content creation, art direction, design, marketing, editorial and production.

Our Founder

AD&Co. was founded in 2016 by Amy Demas. Amy’s decades-long creative career spans brand, editorial and advertising in leadership roles for some of the world’s most loved media and lifestyle brands, including Target, Clorox Brands, Pier 1, Revlon, White House Black Market, CVS/pharmacy, EVEREVE and Condé Nast. Amy brings her unique ability to embrace brand strategy, creative vision, storytelling and production equally to her role as Chief Creative Officer. Amy and team lend their expertise to clients to bridge the gap between what they need to accomplish and what AD&Co. specializes in.

The Team

In addition to our core creative and content production team, we’ve built an extensive network over the years allowing us to hand-select highly experienced people in strategy, creative and production to suit our client’s individual needs. Our bi-coastal team offers a more specialized and agile approach to solving the need for innovative and successful brand creative solutions with seamless execution.

We work closely with established and emerging brands to create a strong and relevant brand presence, deliver fresh strategic creative platforms rooted in truth, and attract new customers while re-engaging existing ones. We maintain an intimate and hands-on approach to working with your internal marketing and creative teams to provide the creative framework and direction to build and/or evolve your brand.
